For Love & Health of House and Schaduwlicht are bringing panels, workshops and honest conversations about what keeps us going in this scene. Mental health. Balance. The stuff we don't always talk about on the dance floor.

Charly Lownoise sits on a panel about addiction and recovery. Stacey "Hotwaxx" Hale discusses women reshaping the industry. Producers and label heads talk burnout, ADHD, and how to last in nightlife without falling apart. Besides the talks there is: TechnoYoga. Cacao ceremonies. Breathwork. Theatre that gets it. 

This isn't about escaping the floor. It's about understanding what happens when the lights come up, so we can keep the culture we've built since '91 alive and healthy.
